If you are not satisfied with the quality of our tailoring or repair work, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your completed garment. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments at no additional charge.

Before considering a refund, we will make every reasonable effort to correct any issues through adjustments or rework. Most concerns can be resolved through minor modifications at no additional cost.
If adjustments are not possible or do not resolve the issue, we will discuss refund options based on the specific circumstances.
For custom pieces and bespoke tailoring projects, refunds are generally not available once work has begun, as these are made-to-order items. However, we will work with you throughout the process to ensure satisfaction, including multiple fittings and adjustments.
If you are not satisfied with a custom piece, we will make reasonable efforts to make adjustments. Full refunds for custom work are considered only in exceptional circumstances and must be discussed before work begins.
Rush service fees are non-refundable once work has begun, as they reflect the priority scheduling and expedited processing required. If you cancel a rush service order before work begins, a partial refund may be available.
If you believe your garment was damaged during our service, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the claim and, if the damage is determined to be our responsibility, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or compensation.
Please note that we are not responsible for damage to items that were already fragile, damaged, or in poor condition prior to our service.
All return requests and quality concerns must be reported within 7 days of receiving your completed garment. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for refund or adjustment, though we will consider each case individually.
